We ship your order(s) within 48 hours of payment receipt. For domestic, we ship via USPS priority mail. For international, we ship via USPS global priority mail. Tracking information will be automatically sent to your email upon shipment. Shipping durations are 2-7 days for domestic US buyers and 7-12 days for international buyers. International items are also subject to delays due to customs.
Express shipping or other courier is available upon request, please contact us to inquire about this service. Extra shipping charges will be added to the total of your order prior to billing.

You may return any items within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or return for a refund.
If we shipped an incorrect item or the item is defective, we’ll pay for your return shipping fee and we’ll exchange for free or refund 100%.
Non- Customized Items (Excludes Dress Orders)
· Item can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of item receipt. We charge 15% restocking fee, shipping charge is non-refundable
· Returns older than 14 days – item(s) are non-returnable/exchangeable.
· Returns will be issued in the original form of tender.

Process
Items should be returned in their original packaging. Please include the information necessary for your refund or exchange as shown below in the package together with your returned item:
- Your name, email address
- Your Invoice Number and total amount you paid
- Reason(s) for your return / exchange
We will send you your requested item or refund you after we receive the returned product back in good re-sellable condition. In most cases, we will process the request within 1-3 days. We recommend that you insure your orders to protect them from loss or damage caused by the carriers as we cannot give you a refund or exchange if it is not returned in its original condition.
